Instructions for Speakers
Keynote & Invited
For presentations, a projector will be provided. Please bring your own PC and a power cable, and for emergency purposes, please also bring your data in an USB memory stick.
Also, If necessary, you can connect your PC to a pair of loud speakers.
Please come to the front of the conference hall during a break time, 15minutes prior to your session, to connect and check the audiovisual equipment. The staff will assist you in checking your equipment.

Poster
UQCC 2010 poster session is scheduled from 16:45-18:15 on Tuesday, October 19. Please stand by in front of your board during the session and be ready to discuss your poster.
The size of each panel is 210 cm (H) × 90 cm (W). The paper title, author(s)' name(s) and affiliation(s) should be printed on a paper which fit in this panel size.
Poster session rooms are available for set up from 14:00, Monday, October 18, and please be sure to take your poster down by 13:00, October 20. Any remaining posters will be removed by the secretariat.
